When Abraham Levy founded his small diamond manufacture in 1951 in Tel Aviv, Israel, he never dreamed that his business would go as far as the United States. With hard work and perseverance the small business grew. Eyal Levy, Abraham's elder son, joined the family business in Israel and in 1983 expanded the company and opened the U.S. branch of L&L Diamond Company in the jewelry district of Los Angeles, California. It started as a loose diamonds wholesale business, then Eran Levy, the second of Abraham's three sons, joined the company and soon enough L&L Diamond Co. entered the jewelry business.

When Bony Levy, the youngest in the family joined L&L Diamond Co. in Los Angeles, he realized that selling loose diamond was tedious and not creative enough for him. Eventually, he took over the jewelry department and under his inspiration a new era of jewelry design started in L&L Diamond Co.

L&L has a loose diamonds department that specializes mostly in princess cut in all qualities imported directly from Israel, one of the biggest diamond centers in the world, and in color treated stones that serves jewelers and jewelry manufacturers across the country. The high quality fine jewelry is exclusively crafted in platinum, white and yellow gold to accent top quality diamonds, sold only at exclusive Nordstrom stores nationwide.

Today Los Angeles based L & L Diamond Co. is a leading distributor of loose diamonds in the American wholesale market.
